The new HDS programme will be implemented in all states and Union Territories, and will see those working in the HR industry who have suffered from HR hardships, including layoffs, forced terminations and other forms of HR harassment, offered a chance to come back to work.
While the scheme is meant to help people in need of a job, the aim is to ensure a job is available to them even when they are faced with hardship.
The scheme is open to anyone with a job who has suffered from hardship, and the government has decided to offer them a financial compensation of Rs 10,000 per day in cash or in kind.
The scheme will be open to the public from Monday, October 5, at 10 am to 10 pm.
The government has also decided to give all employees a job in the HDS scheme.
The government has asked for public comments on the Hds programme.
